Men’s Ministry

SAPC’s Men’s Ministry seeks to serve the men of the church by challenging and encouraging them in their journey with God. This includes growing together, connecting through events, and serving in every area of the church.

Men's Ministry St. Andrews Presbyterian Church

S.W.A.T. – SAPC Men’s Ministry partners with Perception Ministries, led by Kenny Crosswhite, to offer this unique opportunity for men. S.W.A.T. (Spiritual Warfare and Tactics) is an ongoing growth and connect group that challenges men to be Spirit-led leaders—in their families, their work, their church community, and in every other area of their lives. Meetings are Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Youth Area.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study – If you’re finding a need to begin your day or your week in fellowship and time in God’s Word, consider joining this Bible study at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday Mornings.

Fall Classic – Don’t miss our annual Men’s Fall Classic! Come and play a round of golf on October 11 at Oak Hills Golf Club (captain’s choice), and/or join us in the evening for a meal and some skeet shooting, ammo and clays provided (and shotgun, if needed).

The Men’s Ministry hosts a number of one-time events throughout the year. Watch the calendar to see when the men might be going bowling, catching a Fireflies game, or grilling out together.

One of the things we believe is that men are uniquely called by God to be servant leaders. The Men’s Ministry Team seeks to encourage men to serve in every area of ministry at the church. Whether it’s serving in the nursery, teaching a Growth Class, being a greeter or usher, or helping serve food for our Wednesday night meals, we encourage men to find a place where their gifts might be used to serve God.
