I was called to my Savior at the age of 12 as part of a communicants’ class at another Presbyterian church. I was also blessed to have two godly parents, who discipled me through my formative years. God was also pleased to use many mentors in my life who modeled Christian living for me over the years.
In my career, I have worked in the areas of accounting and investment management for over 35 years and am still bi-vocational there. In 2011, I began to sense the call to ministry and enrolled in LAMP Theological Seminary. I completed a Masters of Divinity in 2017 and then completed post-graduate work in counseling at Westminster Theological Seminary. I was ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America in August of 2018.
Born and raised in Irmo, I married my high school sweetheart, Betsy, and we have four grown girls together. I enjoy reading, drinking coffee, and any kind of conversation with others.
